- Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT (Cash on Delivery)
- Divisional cities & district towns: 120 BDT (advance delivery charge required)
- Sundarban Courier: Full advance payment
Q: How long does delivery take?
- Inside Dhaka: 2โ3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3โ4 working days
- Sundarban Courier: 2โ3 working days

Q: Do your products have a warranty?
- Yes, all gadgets come withย 7 days replacement warranty for factory defects.
Q: What is not covered by warranty?
- Change of mind (โI donโt like itโ)
- Damage caused by water, over-voltage, short circuit, or heat
- Missing invoice/cash memo
Q: How do I claim a replacement?
- Inside Dhaka: Visit/send to our office with product + accessories + invoice
- Outside Dhaka: Send via Sundarban Courier (at your expense)

Q: Do you accept refunds?
- Refunds are only given if a product is out of stock after order.
- No refunds for change of mind.
Q: How will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed via Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
