Q: How much is the delivery charge?

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT (Cash on Delivery)

  • Divisional cities & district towns: 120 BDT (advance delivery charge required)

  • Sundarban Courier: Full advance payment

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–4 working days

  • Sundarban Courier: 2–3 working days


Β Warranty & Replacement

Q: Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all gadgets come with 7 days replacement warranty for factory defects.

Q: What is not covered by warranty?

  • Change of mind (β€œI don’t like it”)

  • Damage caused by water, over-voltage, short circuit, or heat

  • Missing invoice/cash memo

Q: How do I claim a replacement?

  • Inside Dhaka: Visit/send to our office with product + accessories + invoice

  • Outside Dhaka: Send via Sundarban Courier (at your expense)

Q: Do you accept refunds?

  • Refunds are only given if a product is out of stock after order.

  • No refunds for change of mind.

Q: How will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are processed via Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
